COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Members who participate in our private Community space, namely the Kelly RD Facebook Group, are expected to engage respectfully with others. Any form of harassment, offensive content, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the community without a refund. Kelly RD LLC reserves the right to moderate discussions and enforce community guidelines to ensure a supportive and positive environment.
Testimonials
Company reserves the right to take screenshots of content you contribute to the Community for use in Company’s marketing. Company will remove all names or identifying photos prior to posting the content. Company will obtain your authorization prior to posting any content that includes your name or identity.
If you provide us with a testimonial regarding your experience with the Service, you grant us the right to publish the testimonial for marketing purposes. If you provide it with your testimonial content, this includes the right for us to use your name and likeness.
SERVICES
1-on-1 Session
The digital resources, such as videos and PDFs, provided to you, if any, in relation to the 1-on-1 Sessions are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized access, reproduction, redistribution, sharing, or reselling of these materials is strictly prohibited. Any violation of these terms may result in legal action and immediate termination of access without a refund.
PAYMENT TERMS
All payments for services must be processed through our third-party payment providers. Payment details must be accurate and up to date to ensure uninterrupted access to our services. Payment is due at the beginning of each 1-on-1 Session.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A notice of cancellation for a 1-on-1 Session is required at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Notice of cancellation can be given by email or phone. Failing to give adequate notice of cancellation will result in a fee of $50.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds for services will not be issued unless you or us have technical difficulties that prevent or significantly disrupt the 1-on-1 Session or there is the issue of duplicate billing errors. In these instances, contact kelly@kellyrd.com for assistance. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Kelly RD LLC.
DISCLAIMER
Your use of the techniques and materials provided in the Company Content does not guarantee that you will see positive results. The Company is not responsible for the management of any decisions or practices that you implement based on the Company Content. Your future success based on your participation in the Services is not guaranteed by the Company.

All information provided regarding nutrition in the Company Content is intended to be used for informational purposes only. Company Content related to nutrition is not medical advice nor is it intended to replace medical advice.
